Produced by Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from vines grown in soil well suited to the hills of Montenero di Bisaccia, these full-body wines are characterized by soft tannins, with an intense bouquet that hints of red fruit and spice. A long finish, it goes well with roasts, cheeses and salami. Decant one half hour before serving at 16-18ºC.

CHARDONNAY / TERRE DEGLI OSCI
This wine is made from Chardonnay grapes produced from vineyards grown in well-exposed lands. The aroma is fresh, elegant and inviting, with a palate feel to match. Best served cool at 10-12ºC.

ROSATO / TERRE DEGLI OSCI
Produced with red grapes but vinified like white wine. The result is a very bright, delicate dry and warm taste with pleasing softness. Goes very well with soups and starters of various cold cuts. Serve it cool at 12-14ºC.

ROSSO BIOLOGICO / TERRE DEGLI OSCI
CULTUM is produced with organic Montepulciano grapes. In order to achieve the best quality, only the most perfect grapes are carefully harvested. Destemmed grapes are introduced into small fermenters at a controlled temperature, where fermentation and maceration take place for about 15 days before being drawn off. CULTUM is ruby red, with a fresh nose of currant and cherry, excellent drinkability with high acidity and good structure.

BIANCO BIOLOGICO / TERRE DEGLI OSCI
Organic White “Cultum” is a wine produced from Trebbiano and Falanghina grapes grown in Guglionesi and San Giacomo degli Schiavoni, in Molise. The grapes are harvested manually around the beginning of September, and before fermentation they are softly pressed and the free run must be selected. The wine is straw yellow tending to golden. There are intense hints of exotic fruit, primarily banana and pineapple, along with interesting floral notes. Mouthfeel is good and persistent accompanied by high acidity. To be served at 10-12ºC.

To produce our oil, we select the best local producers according to the quality checks they provide us, and for greater safety, we test them in our laboratories in Italy.
None of our suppliers use chemicals. The olives are hand-picked, taken to the crusher and processed within 18 hours of harvest. We use cold pressing technology, and the high-end equipment used to extract the oil is exclusively Italian.
